cm_FtpSelectTransferMode should be disabled if no FTP opened

When no FTP connection is active, the cm_FtpSelectTransferMode command in the main menu (if present) does not perform any action and therefore should be drawn as disabled (like e.g. cm_FtpDisconnect).
