Viewing files of Sony eReader in Windows Commander

Total Commander on my laptop with Windows 7 does not show files or folders on my Sony eReader or my Acer Iconna Tablet A100 when connected via USB. Total Commander does not recognize them as additional drives, whereas Windows Explorer in XP or Windows 7 will.
What should I do so Total Commander will show me what is on those devices?
I have used Total Commander from when it was still called Windows Commander, and really like it and prefer using it to Windows Explorer.

Please look in the same place as in Explorer - it's probably added as a virtual folder, not a real drive with a drive letter.

For example, if Explorer shows it in "My Computer", open menu Commands - "Open Desktop Directory", then go to "My Computer".

Thank you for the advice. I found the eReader as a virtual drive as you suggested. On my tablet I have installed Total Commander for Android. No problems so far.
Thanks again
