Navigating sequence of folders more easily (address bar)

Hi,

I'd have a feature wish I think might be a welcome addition to TCMD.

We deal with a ton of sequential subfolder structures etc... and navigating them is a pain in any currently known (to me) manner.

So, I was thinking of this feature:

This is my regular project folder view (subfolders for each shot on a project):

When I go into any of the subfolders we have a ton (usually) of other subfolders in there, and so on so forth, but they're always of the same name.

Now, for example, I'm in a folder: D:\Project\SHOTS\AB_CD_01\RENDERS\2D_OUT\NUKE_COMPS\

and I want to go to the exact same folder, but under a different shot folder, for example: D:\Project\SHOTS\AB_CD_22\RENDERS\2D_OUT\NUKE_COMPS\

Currently, the only way to navigate there is to either click on the address bar and wait for the text input, then change only the directory name I want to navigate to and keep the subdirectories there. This is slow.

The other way is to jump all the way up to the root directory of the "shots" directories, pick the directory and navigate all the way through its contents to where you want to be. This is also slow.

Now, the address bar offers a button to change to sub-dirs when you hover over the directory name:

I suggest this feature: why not do the same, except for the directory name itself, so we can keep all the sub-dir navigation, but only change the most common root of the directory:

In case of a nonexistent subdirectory structure, TCMD would try to navigate to the most deep (the leaf directory) it can find. If impossible, it'd switch to the root directory I was picking from the list.

Anyone else would think this to be a good idea? Especially if this was an optional and switchable behavior for those who like the current navigation bar functionality.

Am I really the only one who'd really like to see this feature in TC?

Although I would rather see this as an addition to standard breadcrumb (maybe mouse hover with Shift pressed on) instead of the complete replacement (even if switchable).
