Calculate Occupied Space function

This is a pretty good function but could be improved by a summary of how many of each file type in the requested folder(s?).
Above - "Actual space used"
jpg files - 1234
doc files - 333
pdf files - 234
If there are too many files types just list the first how ever many that will fit.
