Naming of tabs - Distinguish duplicate names

Post by *hcstudt »

I am looking for at way to differentiate tab names that are identical.
If you have two paths that ends in the same folder name it is not possible to distinguish which is which.
Example
C:\ProgramA\bin
C:\ServerProgramB\bin
One option could be to use the last X characters of the path.
ramA\bin
ramB\bin
Another option could be to use the last 2 folder names of the path.
ProgramA\bin
ServerProgramB\bin
A third option could be to add a number
bin [1]
bin [2]
A third option could to check a list of user defined alias names like
ProgA-bin
ProgB-bin
A am sure the are other good ideas out there.[/img]
