Exlude folder (and sub-folders) form folder history

This arises from http://www.ghisler.ch/board/viewtopic.php?t=35866 where the given answer was "You can't specify separate partitions to keep history or not, you can only enable/disable keeping history at all."
I use TrueCrypt (http://www.truecrypt.org/) to encrypr patitions and afterwards use Total Commander to manipulate the data in them.
Unfortunately, that leaves a fodler history which shows my meaningfully named folders - anyone can see the folder names in TC even after it is dismounted
Can we have an option, even if only in the INI file to "don't record history for X:\" ?
