disable Properties with hold down

Do it is possible to disable display Properties with hold down mouse right click, to avoid conflit with other application?

I use PowerPro mouse gesture and, I do not know why, on event mouse up makes it disappear the popup property.
I would like to disable it by TCM and run it with a SendMessage.
