Sorting issues

I am trying to get this folder to have the latest on top. But regardless of whether "the arrow" is pointing up or down on the Date column, the sorting doesn't change.

What should I be doing here?

Did you select right option on:
Configuration - Options - Display - Sorting directories - Like files (also by times)?
