Total Commander on Roozz for Chrome

Does anyone know if this port of TC is legitimate?

I was in the Chrome for Windows Web Store and saw Total Commander! Looking closer, it looks like a plugin called Roozz makes this all work.

Couldn't find much about Roozz but I did see this on YouTube:

I'm wondering if this is safe to install in Chrome and if it's sanctioned by Christian.

To test this service, I sent the developers a simple freeware program that I had previously written up on this blog. It converted perfectly, in less than 24 hours, looking and functioning so much like the desktop version it was quite remarkable. However, because we hadn’t obtained permission from the original developer, I am unable to share a link to this program publicly.

It seems like Roozz does not verify whether or not the original developer granted permission.

No, it's not authorized. But as long as they only offer the Shareware version, it's OK.
