T.C on WINE(Korean)

First of all, I must thank you for your great program.
I have been using T.C since... a long time ago.
On MS Windows, T.C is perfect but on Ubuntu and WINE, there is a problem.
I am using Ubuntu 13.04(both 32bit and 64bit) with Korean language installed, WINE 1.5.29, and T.C 8.01(32bit).
T.C works fine on most of the functions, but 'Tab' does not behave as it used to be.
There are Two major concerns.
1. If I double click the directory bar(I do not know the exact tile of this area..), and choose 'configure', below window opened, and.. there might be an infinite loop..
2. On the other hand, after I opened a tab by Ctrl-T, quit T.C, and re-run T.C. again, current tab's label is '?/&$?', whether the label(Folder name) is Korean or not.
You can see the screen shots on my blog below.

This has happened since T.C 7.5x. It works fine on 7.0x.
I think it is WINE's bug, because on another Asian language(Japanese and Chinese) versions of WINE, TC works good on this feature.
However, I believe you can find out what was wrong and how to fix it.
Thank you again, and I appreciate your help in advance.
