I have the following suggestions:

1. When synchronizing dirs, allow for file copy and move to be moved to the background.

2. When moving a normal foreground file copy (F5) to the background, use the normal Background Transfer Manager instead of seperate background windows.

3. Allow for queued background tasks int the Background Transfer Manager to be moved up or down in the queue.

2. See TOTALCMD.chm, section 4.b, key AlwaysCopyInBackground.
3. You can pause copy process and then rearrange tasks (but not the already running task).

Note: You have to use the mouse to drag and drop the entries while paused

Thanks, suggestions 2 and 3 are covered with your information!

That leaves suggestion 1 -> background option for copying when synching dirs.
