Drive drop list and drive button shows MTP drive

Drive drop list and drive button shows MTP drive

TC 8.5 support android MTP now, great. But MTP drive won't show up at the drive button and drop list for the moment.
Also, it would be nice to define a command in INC for jumping to the MTP drive like cm_GoToDriveMTP

This has been discussed before. Sorry, not going to happen - the devices have to be listed via OLE2, which can be terribly slow.

So please at least assign a command to allow me jump to the drive by short-cut :P, that won't slow down things
