8.5 feature highlights?

I'm trying to find out what the main features which are planned for v8.5 but not interested in traversing through hundreds of lines in the change log describing minor changes since v8.0x.

What are the main new features to look forward to?

Well, the "main features" term is very individually and therefore depending on your needs.

You may use TC Changes Viewer tool and activate "Additions" button only.
With such help you see new, added features only and find your own favorites.

Well there must be a objective list of features which Ghisler considers to be "major" for the release.

Like 64bit support for v8.0 even though I personally found it to be irrelevant, it's still a major change.

I'm interested in what Ghisler considers the main features. Is it clear now?

I'm amazed it's even a discussion what a "major feature" means. As a software developer myself, I have no problems identifying what features are the the main "selling points" for our products.
