Total Commander

I'm now using TC 2.04b3 on CM 11, but the same problem was there on the stock ROM with TC 2.03.
When I'm streaming radio from the Internet (site won't allow me to post examples), it breaks every 5-7 sec (buffering?). There is no such problem with ES File Manager's player or any other specialized player (e.g., bsplayer). But they don't show track names, which is why I'm very anxious to see the above problem fixed.

TC's player is tunneling the stream through an internal proxy server to read out the track names. It's possible that this is causing your problems. Can you send me the URL of your stream to support at ghisler dot com, please, so I can test it? Thanks.
