Deleting read only files 2

hello there

couple months ago i wrote about annoying bug with tc which was prompting for deleting read only files even when this option is unchecked in options (please read more here http://www.ghisler.ch/board/viewtopic.php?t=38380&highlight=&sid=0f0cd4e07efe912cc8ddfea59091ae7f). then, the only solution was delete ini file and set up all over. now i have the same issue again. i use tc to move a lot of files from disk to disk and now it have to be attented which make it useless for me.

any solution now? or maybe should i put it in bug section or sth?
