How to Display background running operation in Win7?

I have used TC for years. In WinXP, I can watch background running operation such as copying. But in Win7, it cannot display background running operation window. The background window is hided back of the TC window. How to solve it?

In TC 8.5, you can now move the background transfer manager where you want it, then open the system menu and choose to save the position.
