Compare by content: Different file format

Hi,
i have a little suggestion for Compare by content: If the text-types of the files are (perhaps only a little bit) different, it would be nice when the field [UTF-8 <-> ANSI] changes to perhaps a red font.
Last a college diff two Reg-Files one double the size of the other and he don't see this but the diff tool shows no changes. A colored hint would clarify that there are differences under the surface.
I have changed with notepad++ the file format for a text file from utf-8 to ansi. The size are 2 bytes shorter than the other.
But a diff with the original result in no differences and it also shows no differences in the file format [UTF-8 <-> UTF-8]. Only in binary diff i see that the on file has an other beginning than the other.
I also want the possibility to change the viewing of long lines to wrap style like here suggested: Compare by content: wrap long lines. But i think this is a bigger change for the difftool.
