TABS: Please add coloured tabs + not jumping

Please add feature to change colour of each tab + not jumping rows for better orientation in tabs. It is necessary in fact and as I see it is requested feature by many users and for a long time.

I dont know, maybe it is imposibble with win-system tabs, so what about using buttons instead of tabs, the same way as drive buttons are. Buttons would not jump up/down and I think they would be have attributes (mainly colour, width, atc.) individually. In addition, it would be placeabble (up, down, right, left of each file window).
