explorer2 also has option to use italics font style for files with specific attributes.
You can also define background color.

I don't know what's the problem here. I think it'd be nice to have more complex file coloring options implemented in 2023.

2) add "Define font style by file properties and attributes"

Explanation:
1) main distinguishing element is based on colorizing
2) additional distinguishing element will based on font style
3) another additional distinguishing element will based on background

Examples for layered distinguishing elements:
1) all *.txt will be in blue color
2) all encrypted *.txt will be in blue color and with italics font style
3) all encrypted *.txt with size > 1 Mb will in blue color with italics font style and with green background

With these another layer(s) of distinguishing we get more complex and more precise and desired outputs.
