Foreground Copy/Move Progress in Taskbar

TC (x64 v8.51a, Win7) doesn't show foreground copy/move progress in taskbar.
This feature worked in previous versions.
Any ideas?

It sounds like you are running with higher user rights "As administrator". In this case, Windows prevents the messages between TC and the task bar.
