T-PoT Plugin - Trying 2 Pack Folders Within iPhone5 root dir

Ladies / Gents,

Access to ios device root directory with the T-PoT Plugin 1.3

Anyone know why I cannot pack with rar or 7zip, folders within the root directory of a Pangu Jailbroken iPhone5 with ios 7.1.2?

I am getting the following error messages for the following packers:

WinRar 5.01

Packer Configuration "C:\Program Files\WinRAR\WinRAR.exe" (I have also tried with Rar.exe as well)

! \\\T-PoT\var\mobile\Applications\AA85E17D-5790-46F8-B10D-B1AEE874121D\Documents\EU\1\dach.rar: Cannot open dach
The system cannot find the file specified.
! Cannot create \\\T-PoT\var\mobile\Applications\AA85E17D-5790-46F8-B10D-B1AEE874121D\Documents\EU\1\dach.rar
The specified path is invalid.

Error Message "Error packing files"

7Zip Plugin 0.7.6.5

Error Message "Cannot open File"

Any thoughts or feedback would be much appreciated.

First of all it helps to tell us which TC version you are currently using.

Next:
\\\T-PoT\var\mobile\...
This is a virtual path which can be handled by TC but is unknown to any other program.

TC can copy it to a real folder, pack it there and move it back.

Sorry, thought i had pretty well given all the necessary info, with the exception of the most important point.

Your proposal is the route that i took, however, is there absolutely no way to do it on the device?

Alternatively, is there any other packer plugin that could do this?
