visible recovery disks in win 8.1

Hello,
there are visible recovery disks labeled as "X" and "Y" if I run TC with admin rights. These disks are hidden in normal mode but I really need to open TC with admin rights as I dont want to keep confirming every single change while working with OS.

This was not an issue in win 7 but now they are visible in win 8.1 and that really annoys me.

Is there any way of hiding these two recovery disks?

Sure, just add a line to your wincmd.ini file:
