OOTB hotkey to internal command mapping

I am trying to figure out what internal command Ctrl-Arrow left / Arrow right
is mapped to.

It does: Open directory/archive and display it in the target window. If the cursor is not on a directory name, or the other panel is active, then the current directory is displayed instead.

I want to create a menu bar button for it andI need cm_? command that does it.

Try cm_TransferLeft and cm_TransferRight.
