when server is behind a NAT the returned IP adress is not usable.
Which technic can solve this problem?
I already tryed EPSV instead of PASV which is told to only tell the port, not the IP, so the partner should use same IP as control connection.
But it does not work.
any suggestion?

You will need to provide more details than "it does not work".
When the server is behind a NAT, it should be configured to advertise its external IP address, as well as only listen on a preconfigured port range that is forwarded to that node.
