how to open the binary file, within Total commander? Thanks.

What do you want to do with this file and how do you want to open it? You can view its raw contents by F3 or you can open it with some viewer/editor that understands such files just like from Explorer.

I press 'F3' and then it opens the file using one Lister. (how can I show you the relevant screenshot?)

but it seems what I can see above is strange, as I cannot see the relevant whole string.

What kind of file type is? Binary files may not contain text in clear form, text may be encoded in binary form. You should know file format if you want to see something in it.
