TC 8.50 can't change attributes (modification date and creation date at first) for junctions (and maybe for symlinks too).

I don't know, is this a bug or a flaw or something else, please though make it possible to change dates for junctions via standart TC "Change attributes" dialog.

Wow, really! TC changes attributes of junction target instead!

Yes, this is a misfeature of Windows - when you use SetFileAttributes on a junction, it sets the attributes of the junction target.
