Handling volumes without assigned letter

Post by *rutra80 »

Hello, in Windows command-line it is possible to perform many operations on volumes without assigned letter if the file-system is supported. For example I can do "dir \\?\Volume{f73cdd6d-5aab-4e2a-9c54-06153f1c0053}\\", copy files etc. Would it be possible to access such volumes in TC? I tried to paste such a volume name to TC but it doesn't seem to work :(

I don't think that the normal file functions will work with volumes. Try mounting them to a directory.
