Like with any other program: Right-click either the running instance or the shortcut (on the desktop or in the start menu) and select "Pin to taskbar".

Thanks! What i meant was that i want it in the rightmost taskbar.

This is called "tray".

Just enable the according option:
Configuration - Options - Operation : Move icon to system try when minimized

MS calls it now the notification area not the system tray
