Total Commander and a startup message

I've been happily using TC in Windows 10, but now, I have noticed that there is some message box that flashes by as TC is starting up. It is too fast to read or act upon.

What can this be and how can I get rid of it?

I just checked, and it seem to be only in the 64-bit version.

Could that be the splash screen?

There is no message box on startup of TC x64 on Windows 10.
I use it every day since the public preview of Windows 10.
