What plugins do not load ?
Do you have the right plugins for TC x86 or x64 ?

All plugin not work.
I had a setup with x86.
Then I updated the 64-bit OS.
And finally in plugin options I have replaced the plugin with the plugin x86 x64.

Just a side note: 32-bit x86 TC works for 64-bit OS too (with only very minor odds).

First check which INI you really use >>> TC > Help > About TC...

1.) Do you have TC restartet after your work?
2.) Do you have now perhaps two same plugins in INI: one x86, one 64? And so first found is used.

Do you want to show a few, relevant lines of your INI ?

I have restartet TC.
I have only .wcx64 plugins in INI.

[PackerPlugins]
Multiarc=223,%COMMANDER_PATH%\plugins\WCX\Multiarc\multiarc.wcx64
zzz=71,%COMMANDER_PATH%\Plugins\wcx\Multiarc\multiarc.wcx64

[FileSystemPlugins]
VirtualPanel=%COMMANDER_PATH%\plugins\WFX\VirtualPanel\VirtualPanel.wfx64
WebDAV=%COMMANDER_PATH%\plugins\WFX\WebDav\davplug.wfx64
Registry=%COMMANDER_PATH%\plugins\WFX\Registry\registry.wfx64

How do you try to start one of the FileSystemPlugins ?
File system plugins are used via the Network Neighborhood in TC !

May be your system is missing some run-time libraries which the other plugins depend on.
Check the Dependencies of the wlx64 files with th TC lister plugin FileInfo.

Pleace explain what you did there:
- Reinstalled the plugins with their actual x86+x64 versions?
- Or just renamed the plugin extension to ??x64? :?

I don't see ADB plugin in your list you posted previously. In fact, you posted a completely different list of WFX plugins. So, you should make sure your TC uses the correct wincmd.ini and/or you edited the correct wincmd.ini (you can use Configuration > Change Settings Files Directly for that).

i have posted "relevant lines of my INI" not all.
It is not different but incremental.
Repeat that TC use correct wincmd.ini and you use "Change Settings Files Directly".
