Lister: option to add or edit File Comment

While viewing file in Lister, it's often needed
to add some quick note to a file without editing it.
Finding main Total Commander window, and then finding a file
in it's panel (when multiple TC and/or Lister windows opened),
is a real pain.

I suggest to add into a Lister an option, maybe with a hotkey
(Ctrl+Z or different) to show comment creating/editing dialog for currently opened the file.

You can use Quick view (Ctrl+Q) to view the file in one pane and have the file list in the other pane to be able to edit comments (Ctrl+Z) or anything else.

Dalai, I often have 5...10 Lister windows opened, so what you suggested isn't really help here. Lister windows are more convenient to use for me then Quick View anyway.

Tagging while previewing files in lister is very useful option.
