Find files: custom user tooltips for search templates

In Find files, on Load/Save tab, I have a lot of templates.
No matter how short and clear template name can be, still there are some nuances for most templates that
would be good to store somewhere and to get that info quickly.
So I suggest to store such user notes for each template in some file and display
as a tooltip when user point mouse cursor to template name or presses Shift+F1 hotkey on selected template name.
Other Total Commander dialogs that use search templates may use this feature as well.
