QuickView: Lock and semi-lock for panel item

I suggest to add 2 new modes for Total Commander's QuickView. Both, for each panel, to be enabled by cm_ command.
1. Lock mode. In this mode after user pressed Ctrl+Q in panel, opened item stays in QuickView, while user can browse file panel. Pressing Ctrl+Q again closes QuickView.
2. Semi-lock mode. In this mode after user pressed Ctrl+Q in panel, opened item still stays in QuickView, while user can browse file panel. But pressing Ctrl+Q again doesn't close QuickView - it opens another (currently) focused item in file panel. To close QuickView here, user have to press Ctrl+Q twice on the same focused item.
