How to view ISO file contents in Total Commander

Post by *iridius »

Is it possible to set up TC to view the contents of an ISO file just like any other directory. In other words, if I double click on it, can I see the contents in the pane that the ISO file was just like a normal directory. I have WinRAR now and I don't like having to right click the file and choose open in WinRAR and have a separate window/program open to view it when I just want to quickly see it's contents.

Thank you

Awesome, that's perfect, but can you explain why wcx_7zip plugin didn't work for this yet wcx_Total7zip_0856 did? What's the difference between the two?

7Zip.wcx is real standalone plugin designed for 7z format only and contains all desired compression and decompression routines in just one file while Total7zip uses original 7z.dll and 7zG.exe files (which you can update yourself from official distribution) and supports all formats supported by 7-zip program.

Thanks. I didn't know if they were different categories of plugins, guess, some just do more than others. Either way you solved my issue.
