How to save the current layout? (e.g. column width)

I did a new install on a new computer and I know that previously I could save things like column width so that I don't have to drag them around every time I start TC. For the love of me I can't seem to find that option again. I did a search and couldn't find the right answer either. I know this is basic but I'm drawing a blank tonight Thanking you all in advance.

How small do I feel right now. I spent an inordinate amount of time looking in the configuration options and there it was staring me right in the face when I went to get to the options dialog box. Thanks
