Migrating to a new system so I'm copying allot of files lately - mostly across the network.
Using the most recent TC, copying large files across the net would start out fast (500mbps) but quickly trail off to 50 mbps. Occasionally - but only briefly - picking back up.
Using explorer and another diff tool, I'm getting constant 500mbps or better. A few weeks ago I was copying VM's with TC and getting a pretty smooth 500mbps+.
I also noticed earlier local copies were going much slower. Thought my disk was going bad. With the other tools not seeing the problem, that seems to rule out system issues or firewall/AV issues.
Any things in TC I could check? Not made any changes to settings in a long time.
Slow copy all of a sudden. How to solve?

That's odd, maybe it's caused by a virus scanner. Try using the Explorer method in TC:
Ctrl+C Tab Ctrl+V.
Ctrl+C Tab Ctrl+V.
