Would be useful to have the possibility to queue up packing/unpacking like copy/move.

Unfortunately this isn't possible. Why? The queue only supports one source/target name pair per list entry, so it also works with list files. Packing and unpacking would require multiple names both for packing and for unpacking. They can't be distributed to multiple queue entries either.
