I've used TC for, well since he released it, and only recently have a problem with accessing the local network.
Click on the network icon (within TC of course) and it can take 3-5 minutes before it comes back with what is available.
Annoying.
Network Scanning can take 3-5 minutes, Annoying.

Just open help and read about it.

There are also some other NetHood options that you should try to play with.TOTALCMD.chm section 4.b wrote:NetHoodStyle=1
Style of the Network Neighborhood:
0: as provided by Windows, 1: also show XP-style subfolder "Workgroup", 2: only XP-style
Netwarebugfix=0 1: do NOT rename files on remote drive

Now that I've played with this ... why is the x32 Win7 system I have in the corner, running x32 TC MUCH faster when looking for computers on the network?MVV wrote:Just open help and read about it.

This is slow, slower than any other machine I have - but it's the only x64 running at the moment. I haven't dragged out my notebook to see how that does.
