DST and synchronization tool problem

I didn't find related topic so I'am posting new one.
I am using: TC (x64) 8.51a on Windows 7 Professional 64 bit.

I have a problem with file modification time and DST (Daylight Saving Time). After last change of time (DST) all files have mod. time + 1 hour. So Synchronization tool shows all files as newer than copy on my pendrive. Obviously I can check "ignore date" option but I need it.

Is it possible somehow to turn "ignore DST" on?
