How do I force recognition of mentioned or any other extension by TC as MULTIMEDIA?

First of all: Are you really sure IrfanView can handle this kind of files?

In general you can extend the assignment by just adding a line to your wincmd.ini file at Section [Lister]

Add additional extensions, separated by a space, which should be handled by IrfanView.
