character set problem in adding files to ZIP progress window

While adding files with international characters to zip (using “Store filenames in UTF-8” option) the progress windows shows the correct filename on the first row (From: ...) and the corrupted filename (some Chinese characters) on the second row (To: ...).
It is interesting.
