Add "TOTALCMD.INC" to help menu

I would like to suggest
to add "TOTALCMD.INC" to help menu below of 'Keyboard'.
Perhaps as 'Commands'
That way the command list is more easily reachable and first of all more visible for new users.
The next step would to add usercmd.ini as 'User Commands'
and provide such ini with the download, containing some examples.
