Hi!

I think it would make sense to re-start TC after an upgrade, if TC was running.
I think it could be done automatically, or at least with a preselected checkbox.
Currenlty, there isn't even an option to do so.

It is not easy to restart non-elevated TC from elevated installer, and also installer don't know command line arguments that should be passed to TC if you pass additional arguments... Do you upgrade TC too often so this is too annoying?
