How to run Universal Viewer on read-only CD?

Hi teachers,

Recently I need to use Universal Viewer on CD, but I found when running it's navigation panel, after close the panel it will prompt can't write ini.

I want to know how to configure it to make it don't write ini or write ini in %AppData%?
