Problem wiht opening PDF files from TC

Hi, recently I have very strange behaviour while opening the PDF files. Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed. PDF files are opened normally from Explorer, Run, Start, AcrobatReader... but if I want open them in TC (double click or ENTER), then process AcroRd32.exe starts (twice!) and... nothing else happend. Nor AcrobatReader window, nor any error msg, nor anything. Both AcroRd32.exe have 0% CPU. TC was tryed with and without plugins and ini file. Please help.
The best solution:
1. format C:
2. install TotalCmd
3. install Windows (optionally)

Thank you petermad! Solved by installing of Foxit Reader.
The best solution:
1. format C:
2. install TotalCmd
3. install Windows (optionally)
