Please make file deletion more safe + add extra confirmation

I suggest adding more safety for permanent file deletion.
For example when deleting files via network, it is impossible to
recover files, therefore permanent deletion is very dangerous function.
I have not found any options in TC to add extra confirmation.
Also current dialog GUI is not very informative.
Pressing Del, then Enter - and important files are lost forever.
I suggest a dialog which shows a VERY big number of
selected files/dirs, and the default button option - *"No"*.

Further, an optional double confirmation should be available,
i.e. after I press Yes, another (second) dialog pops up:
"warning: this will permanently delete files, are you sure?"
Please consider improving the dialog and adding option for
double confirmation.
