Synchronize directories, window resizing

For the main window with 2 panels of directory file listings window resizing works well. When using the mouse to resize the window, the 2 file list panels proportionally adjust the name and extension columns larger / smaller, keeping original column width for Size, Date and Attr. Good.
In the synchronize directories window, in the lower part of the window there are also 2 sections with file lists left and right side. In the header line in the middle there is the "<=>" symbol.
When using mouse to resize this window the file list columns do not resize. Just the right "Name" column expand. Not good.
Expected behavior: The left "Name" and right "Name" columns should resize when resizing window. Preferable so "<=>" keep the same proportional position (normally in the middle).
Also, if you have wrongly the resized columns (Size, Date, "<=>") to odd width and position, it would be nice if there would a simple method to return to default column sizes and centered position. This could could e.g. be a menu option in the main menu - Configuration, "Default Window Layout".
I am using TC 9.21a on Windows 7/64.
