Thumbnails: change handler on the fly

Currently the possibilities to change the handler for "Thumbnail View" are very limited: basically it's only possible to enable/disable Explorer, Irfanview/XnView and plugins (1 plugin with top priority in a list of plugins for file type.)

There has been a suggestion to make it possible to set a thumbnail handler for folders only:
viewtopic.php?f=14&t=13752

My suggestion is to add a way to change a handler for whole thumbnail view or just files/folders selected in it.
It could be done by adding a command which will call a menu with ability to enable/disable all available thumbnails generation methods on-the-fly. This menu can have a submenu where user could force certain method, including any of installed plugins with thumbnail generation support.

1) it's an easy way to check for better thumbnail generation method;
2) sometimes current method may fail for some files, and switch to a different method may help;
3) if my suggestion for animation (or even video) in thumbnails will be implemented, usually it's better to use such "thumbnail" method on purpose (i.e. for selected files only.) My suggestion mentions changing a method only for selected files too.

TC does try other methods if the first tried fail. You can also include/exclude file types for each method.
