New dirs and files creation: progress bar and sending to background

Since TС 9.10 in dialogs of new folders (F7 / Shift+F7) and new files (Shift+F4) creation it's possible to use counter with parameters: <1-20>[C10+5:3]. It allows to create really many (thousands) on new folders or files, and such creation can take long time.
Suggestions:
1. Show a progress bar if creation of new folders or files takes more than several seconds.
2. Allow to send creation process to background (maybe using a button in a progress dialog).
