Overwrite Dialog: Rename: Should respect the RenameSelOnlyName setting

Hello
If Total Commander displays the Overwrite Dialogue and the user selects Rename, then, unfortunately, the Filename and Extension is selected, although it is configured differently: we have set
It would be great if Total Commander could respect the RenameSelOnlyName setting in all rename dialogues:-)
